    Can you send a holiday rental catalog to me?

    No. Our catalog is our "Listing" index on this website. We do not send any paper catalogs. Listings are updated regularly.

    How can I tell if a property is available??

    Browse thru our different listings, when you see a property that you are interested in, select the "Availabilities" tab, check with the Availability Calendar (if available for that property) or fill in the "Availabilities Form" and send it to us. With this enquire procedure, it's a more personal and flexible way of finding the best property for your holiday.

    Can you submit me an offer for a certain holiday rental?

    No. We are not a booking agency. We only place the listings on the Internet for the property owners.

    How do I make a booking?

    Simple! When you see a property that you are interested in, you can book your reservation directly with us. Fill in the "Book Now" on a specific listing and send us the required details about your preferred dates, group size, special requirements, contact phone numbers and e-mail address.

    How far in advance should a property be booked?

    We suggest that you make a reservation for your property rental, as soon as possible. Especially if you are planning on traveling during Easter, Summer, Christmas and New Years, the properties have a tendency to get booked anywhere from 6 months to a year, or more, in advance. Planning ahead and booking early guarantees you maximum choice and access to the optimal rental. Avoiding last minute bookings can also save you money. Last minute renters invariably have to settle for a higher price. Please read our specific information on each property "Prices" tab for all of the detailed information about when deposits and final payments will be required.

    What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

    We require all changes/cancellations to be made by email. Please read the detailed information on each particular property regarding our policies.

    Is the price listed on your website, per person or per property?

    The prices listed on our site are per day and/or per week and per property. The prices that are listed will clearly say for how many people the property will allow the rental. This will vary depending on the villa.

    What types of payment do you accept for property rentals?

    At this time, we only accept payments made via bank transfers. In a near future, we plan to accept all major credit cards. Please read our information about booking a property under the "Prices" tab to find out all the details about when we require deposit and final payment.

    What type of pre arrival instructions should I expect?

    In addition to directions to the property, you will be provided with the name of the person who will greet you at the rental, as well as the name and telephone number of the House Management Reps on location whom you can contact if anything goes wrong. If a security deposit is due on arrival, the expectation is that it will be paid in Euros by cash, ATM (direct payment) or traveler’s check.

    Why am I being asked for a security deposit?

    A security deposit is the simplest way to cover unexpected costs that may incur as a result of your stay. If you lose the property keys, or if you accidentally break anything, the easy solution is for the owner to use the security deposit to cover this expense and refund the rest of the security deposit to you as appropriate. Details of the security deposit (payment, conditions and refund) should be laid out on each property listing page.

    When will I get the address and all other relevant information?

    You will receive all necessary information in the booking confirmation that will be sent to you after we get all the booking fees (total payment).

    What happens when I leave?

    Check out policies will be part of the instructions you will be provided with. When you are ready to leave, the owner or their representative will check you out off the property, and assuming there is no damage, will refund your security deposit.

    Does the property come with a crib, highchair, cot, etc.? Or can I rent one?

    This varies depending on the villa. If you do not see this type of information listed under the "Details" tab on the specific property page, please send us an e-mail request.. we can arrange an affordable rental price.

    What do I have to bring along?

    Our properties are fully equipped, including bed linen and towels. But most of the properties don’t supply any bathroom products such as shampoo or any beach towels.

    Is there a quick way to show someone else a property that I'm looking at?

    Yes, if you want to forward the details of a specific property to a friend or someone else, simply click on the 'Email Listing to a Friend' link found at the top of the listing page. Complete the required fields and send the form. They will automatically receive an email directing them to that specific property listing page.

    What if I miss the deadlines for deposits and payments!

    Missed payment deadlines can result in a forfeiture of monies and a cancellation of your reservation.
